•How do I book a shoot?

•How are images delivered?

When they are ready I will send an email with a link to download the images.

•How long will they take to be delivered?

I have a 12-24 hr turnaround time for my images.

•How much notice do you need to schedule my photoshoot?

The more notice the better. 3-5 days notice before the shoot is best in order to get your ideal time/date. Though I can occasionally accommodate last minute bookings, it is best not to rely on this.

•How can I pay for the images?

I accept cash, E-transfer and PayPal. All methods come with an invoice.

•What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?

I understand the world is busy and things happen, but if a photoshoot is cancelled within 48 hrs of the scheduled time, I will need to charge a cancellation fee of $100.

•Do you only service Campbell River?

No, I’d be happy to travel farther. Depending on the distance I will charge a travel fee.

•Should I arrive before our scheduled time?

If possible, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to ensure the property is ready to shoot. This also allows time for you to talk to the seller and let them know what is to be expected during the shoot if they are present.

•Can you make additional edits?

Additional edits like adding fire to fireplaces, removing reflections from or adding images to TVs, small item removal etc. Depending on the extent of the edit a small fee may be charged.

•Will you move items in the house?

I may move small items to improve photo composition but larger items should be in place prior to the shoot. See my property preparation checklist for more info.

•Do you shoot vacation rentals?

Absolutely! If you’d like me to shoot your vacation rental or Airbnb, contact me for a quote and we can work something out.
